We are thrilled that you have elected to participate in the summer learning opportunity! Your student(s) will continue to be challenged with new content throughout the summer. In order to ensure a successful experience for our students, we wanted to provide key information to everyone who is participating.
If a student has any trouble with a quest, is missing needed apps, has forgotten his/her eSpark username/password, or has general questions about eSpark, parents are encouraged to contact eSpark directly using email@example.com. This support will be available to all participating families for the duration of the summer. If eSpark is unable to answer a question, or resolve a specific issue, they will direct the question to Beavercreek City Schools’ technology department.
In the event a student needs assistance with non-eSpark technical issues (wifi, storage, disabled ipad, etc.), families may email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the technology department’s open office hours at Central Office, located at 3040 Kemp Road, Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and Thursdays from 1:00 p.m.-4:00.
