Local News Media
In an effort to keep citizens apprised of news, district administrative personnel communicate regularly with representatives of local news organizations, including the editors of the Beavercreek News-Current, the Dayton Daily News and local television and radio stations.
"SchoolMessenger" is a notification system that allows school administrators to reach parents and staff with important information in a matter of minutes.
This notification system can be used to communicate with thousands of people quickly in time of emergency. It can also be used to disseminate non-critical information, such as information about upcoming events or changes to extracurricular activity practices.
In the case of phone messages, the SchoolMessenger system automatically re-tries busy and no answer numbers until the message is delivered successfully or cancelled.
