Q: What if my student only has 1 morning exam but no afternoon exam?

A: If your student has a morning exam but no afternoon exam, he/she may report to school for the 8:15-10:10 exam block. Once the exam block is over at 10:10, your student may leave the building for the day. If your student relies on bus transportation however, your student will report to study hall / lunch and then remain in study hall until 3:00 dismissal.

Q: What if my student only has 1 afternoon exam but no morning exam?

A: Your student would report to school at the beginning of his/her exam block. For example, if your student only has a 4th period exam the first day, he/she would report to school at 11:20 for the exam and leave when that exam is over at 1:15. (Your student is welcome to come to lunch if desired.) If your student needs to ride the bus home however, he/she must stay in study hall until 3:00 dismissal.

STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ARRANGE EXAMS EARLY TO AVOID ATTENDING SCHOOL LATER IN THE WEEK.
