Every year, BHS Student Council hosts a Thanksgiving party filled with food, games, and plenty of fun! This year, the festivities included:
🎭 A spirit day competition with themes like Charlie Brown, Minions, Pink-out, Christmas, and Thanksgiving. Congratulations to the Christmas Committee (Maggie, Anna, Ireland, Kinzie, Jax, and Rebecca Carlson) for winning with their festive flair! 🎄🍬
🦃 A hidden turkey game — 36 paper turkeys were hidden around the room, and the best turkey hunter walked away with a candy bar!
❓ Thanksgiving trivia — the winner earned first dibs on the amazing food spread, which included ham, mashed potatoes, mac-n-cheese, pies, and more!
Thank you to all the members and advisors who contributed to the food and fun. What a great way to celebrate the season together! 🧡🖤

Our GCCC/BHS CBI students had an incredible learning experience on Friday, November 15th, during a hands-on manufacturing activity conducted by the Dayton Region Manufacturers Association (DRMA)! 🛠️✨
With the support of Mr. Bud Martin from AFC Tool Company, Inc., students explored various careers in the manufacturing industry. They also created simulated businesses and produced products using a laser engraving machine. 🖋️⚙️
This engaging activity offered a valuable glimpse into the world of manufacturing and the exciting career opportunities it offers. Thank you, DRMA and Mr. Martin, for inspiring our students! 👏

We are incredibly proud of our very own Ms. Creech! 🎶 On Veterans Day, she was honored to participate in the Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery/Community Veterans' Day Ceremony.
Alongside her sister, Ms. Creech performed The National Anthem and America the Beautiful, paying tribute to veterans and their family's legacy. This event held special meaning, as their parents are laid to rest there, and their dad was an Army veteran. It also marked the anniversary of their mom's passing. 💙

Did you know the Beavercreek High School Friends Show Choir has been sharing its musical talent for over 50 years? Established in 1972, this group started as an offshoot of the BHS vocal music program when a group of friends began meeting after school to sing more contemporary music. This casual gathering inspired the name “Friends” and gave rise to our amazing show choir!
