What it is for: Uploading Physical Forms for athletics and band-related activities.
How to access it: Visit the Final Forms Portal
How to streamline notifications: You will only receive emails from FinalForms for the following reasons: When your child's physical is expiring, a change in your child's eligibility status, if forms are missing, when fees are due, and when a coach or athletic office sends a message/update. How to get help: Visit the FinalForms page on the Beavercreek City School's website or contact the Athletic Office Staff.
What it is for: Completing online Student Demographic information (address, parent emails, emergency contacts, preferred nicknames, etc.) and Emergency Medical Authorization forms. This replaces the paper forms used in the past. NOTE: The information in this system is used for all other systems. If your address, email, or phone number are incorrect here, they will be incorrect in all other systems.
How to access it: Visit the OneView Parent Portal
How to streamline notifications: No notifications are sent from OneView.

What it is for: Parent-school communication, sharing files, sign-ups, etc.
How to access it: Visit ParentSquare website or use the ParentSquare App How to manage notifications: You can manage your notifications in the "My Account" section of ParentSquare. NOTE: You can select to receive notifications as items are posted or as a daily digest. A daily digest enables you to receive a single summary of all the items that were posted that day at a time you select. No matter how you have set up ParentSquare notifications, you will receive Alert notifications for important information, such as school delays or closures.

What it is for: Paying school fees, including lunch fees.
How to access it: Visit the PaySchools Central website or using the Mobile App account, etc.)

What it is for: Parent Access is used by teachers in grades 4-12 to share grading and report card information with parents. ProgressBook, the district's gradebook program, is regularly updated by teachers with scores, missing assignments, etc. Parent Access allows parents/guardians to view these grade-related marks.
How to access it: Visit the ProgressBook webiste or use the mobile app.
How to streamline notifications: You can manage your notifications in the "Alerts" section of the website or the "Notifications" section of the app. NOTE: Parents of children in grades 6-12 can select to receive an alert for missing assignments or low grades. How to get help: Contact the office staff of your child's building.
